…only three more days to go until Christmas Day and while most people seem to be collecting the last bits and bobs for the holidays, there seems to be one big question left – what am I going to cook for Christmas Dinner? If you belong to the group of traditionalists that will go for Turkey, Yorkshire pudding, roasted veggies and gravy – then congratulations, there is absolutely no need for you to go on reading this blog post.
